In September of 2022, I took the leap and opened Blue Escapes Travel, a decision I have never regretted. My passion for travel, exploring new places, immersing in different cultures, and savoring diverse cuisines led me down this path! After assisting friends and family with their vacations, the idea of becoming a travel agent took root. Countless hours of research, training, partnering with a host-agency, and understanding the business aspects ensued. As time passed, my dreams crystallized, and I knew I had to turn them into a reality. I made the decision to move forward, preparing myself for the journey ahead and in September, Blue Escapes Travel was born!
During the planning stage, finding the perfect name for my agency proved challenging. One of my best friends suggested, “Blue Escapes Travel,” (thanks Cat!), and it resonated with me deeply. When I travel, I seek an escape from the everyday grind – phone calls, long hours, and stress. The allure of cruising and beach resorts with their blue waters and sunlit skies draws me in. The name “Blue Escapes” encapsulates the essence of my personal travel experiences.
